Capital Region Community Development District

SERVICES

Community Appearance and Infrastructure Administration
The Capital Region CDD maintains many items in order to keep our community looking great. One of the major responsibilities is landscape management. Maintenance of the walls, turf, district trees and palms, shrubs and annuals, irrigation system, and entrance monuments are all the responsibility of the CDD. Another responsibility is the maintenance of the CDD infrastructure. These facilities include the parks, playground equipment, and stormwater management features. Making sure these are maintained will continue to ensure that Capital Region is an excellent community.

If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact the Operations & Maintenance Manager to discuss any questions you may have.
