Agendas and Minutes

The Board of Supervisors of the Capital Region Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled meetings at the Southwood Country Club, located at 3750 Grove Park Dr. Tallahassee, FL at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates:

• October 8, 2008
• November 6, 2008
• December 11, 2008
• January 13, 2009 (Workshop at 5:30 PM)
• February 12, 2009

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (904) 288-9130, at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Supervisors may attend the meeting by telephone as long as there is a quorum present at the meeting place. These meetings are open to the public and may be continued to a time, date and place certain.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
